Loipe ca. 500 m, Ortsmitte Kirchdorf 2 km, Ortsmitte St. Johann 2,5 km, Skigebiet St. Johann 3 km. Großes, umzäuntes Gartengrundstück. Im Erdgeschoß die Zweitwohnung der Besitzer, auf der Hausrückseite eine dauervermietete Wohnung. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die Wohnung ist mit Holzmöbeln gut im rustikalen Landhausstil eingerichtet. Viel Holzverkleidung. Teppichboden. Sat-TV. Großer, überdachter Südbalkon mit Mobiliar und Blick auf das Kitzbüheler Horn.
