Our hotel is in a quiet location near the Panorama Swimming Baths. The center of town is only a 6 minutes' walk away, the St. Johann ski lifts about 10 minutes.
Our cozy rooms/suites offer wonderful views of the Kitzbühel Alps and are all equipped with shower/WC, cable TV (free PREMIERE channel), radio, bathrobe and room safe.
All of this is included:
• daily breakfast buffet with sparkling wine – a natural circulation booster
• lunchtime snacks for the whole family (only in summer!)
• granny’s cakes in the afternoon
• heavenly dinner buffets in our restaurant

• 35 hours of childcare per week (3-12 years); Mon to Fri incl. lunch at Koasamandl Club
