Unser Haus liegt ca. 2 km westlich vom Ortskern entfernt, in einer ruhigen und sonnigen Lage.
Im Sommer führen Rad- und Wanderwege direkt am Haus vorbei.
Im Winter verläuft die Langlaufloipe hinter dem Haus und die nächste Skibushaltestelle ist nur ca. 100m vom Haus entfernt.
Alle Doppelzimmer verfügen über Balkon und sind mit Dusche/WC ausgestattet.

Vom Zentrum kommend über die Kaiserstraße in Richtung Knoten Süd durch beide Kreisverkehre. Beim 2. Kreisverkehr in Fahrtrichtung Kitzbühel rechts in die Innsbruckerstraße abbiegen. Nach ca. 1km Einfahrt Velbenstraße,
