Unser familienfreundliches Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger, sonniger Lage am Ortsrand von Kirchdorf, mit Blick auf das Kitzbühler Horn sowie zum Wilden Kaiser.
Im Sommer idealer Ausgangspunkt für Mountain-Biking, Bergtouren und Wanderungen.
Im Winter können zahlreiche Skigebiete in unmittelbarer Nähe genutzt werden. Direkt vor unserem Haus führt die "Koasa"-Langlaufloipe vorbei.
