Unser familienfreundliches Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe, am Fuße des Niederkaisers, mit herrlichem Ausblick auf St. Johann und die Kitzbüheler Alpen.
Wir bieten Ihnen schöne Zimmer und Ferienwohnungen mit Dusche, WC, SAT TV und teilweise Balkon.
Lassen Sie sich mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstück verwöhnen und genießen Sie die Ruhe. An warmen Sommerabenden machen wir Grillabende, sonst können Sie sich in unserem Aufenthaltsraum auf ein Glaserl Wein oder Bier zusammensetzen; im Winter ist Halbpension möglich. Sie können auch in unserem Stüberl Partys feiern oder sich in unserer Sauna erholen und entspannen.

Von Kufstein: Söll - Ellmau - St. Johann / Tirol durch die Unterführung fahren; ca. 800 m links Richtung Kössen, Gasteig abbiegen (bei M-Preis) Von der Kreuzung (Kössen-Gasteig, nicht Kirchdorf) sind es noch 1,6 km den ersten Berg hoch. Rechts direkt neben der Straße liegt das "Haus Niederkaiser".
Von Lofer: Waidring - Erpfendorf - Kirchdorf (nicht ins Zentrum) weiterfahren Richtung St. Johann - nicht ins Ortszentrum - weiter - Kreuzung Richtung Kössen, Gasteig (bei M-Preis) rechts abbiegen. Von der Kreuzung (Kössen-Gasteig, nicht Kirchdorf) sind es noch 1,6 km den ersten Berg hoch. Rechts direkt neben der Straße liegt das "Haus Niederkaiser".
