Description

Our house is a comfortable, warm and clean family home located in a very peaceful position on the West side of St.Johann in Tirol surrounded by typical Austrian farmland and fields. It has fantastic views of both the "Kitzbüheler Horn" and "Wilder Kaiser" mountains and there is a walking trail passing just behind the house.
The large garden faces both South and West, ideal for sunbathing during the summer months, for evening barbeques, or simply just for enjoying the quiet and relaxed mountain atmosphere.
In winter, a cross-country ski path runs just behind the house leading to all the various slopes of St. Johann and neighbouring villages. For downhill skiing, the ski lifts are approximately seven minutes away by car, or alternatively a five minute walk will take you to the bus stop for free ski-bus transfer.
Accommodation comprises of a self contained loft apartment, which sleeps four to five consists of a lounge area with sofa bed, TV-SAT and a sleeping area with twin beds, shower, a further room with two single beds, ideal for the children, a fully fitted kitchen with dining area, and a seperate WC.
Free car parking is available and skis may be stored in the hut at the side of the house.
