Unser Haus liegt an der Hochkönigbundesstraße, ca. 300m von den Eichenhofliften, in Nähe der Langlaufloipe und des Waldes.Direkt am Haus ist ein toller Hügel der einen Rodelspass garantiert.
Im Sommer schöne Wanderungen ab Haus im Gebiet des Kitzbüheler Horns, wie z.B. zu den naheliegenden Eifersbacher Wasserfällen oder etwas weiter bis zur Kröpflalm.
