Description
The "Villa Patricia" is a very nice and historic Townvilla in the most famous and wonderful skiing and hiking region of Austria. Our house, the "Villa Patricia" is situated near the center of Kitzbühel, a 5 minute walk to the main square. Parking around the house possible. The "Villa Patricia" was built around 1900 and consists of 5 apartments. Nearby there is new "country-house", built in typically Tyrolean style with 3 apartments. All of these apartments are very exclusive, sunny and completely furnished.
