Description
`Feel good’-luxury at the lake Schwarzsee:
Since July 04 a new residence was built for our guests in an awesome situation directly at the lake and surrounded by mountains called “Wilder Kaiser” and “Kitzbüheler Horn”.
The luxurious apartment house offers everything a guest could desire.
Every apartment, named like the four seasons, has a complete equipment, which makes your stay an enjoyable one.
Especially and unique in Kitzbühel is our private beach – available only for our house guests.
After an exhausting day you may have the desire to relax in our magnificent spa area:
Not only the SWAROVSKI-crystal stones twinkle in our indoor swimming pool, filled with “Grander Water”, also the surface around the lake “Schwarzsee” twinkles as crystal. The design sauna “Charisma”, the Saunarium and the herbal steam bath are waiting for you to let the end of the day flow away - lovely relaxation in a natural place!
A parking place in our underground garage for every apartment is already reserved for you!
Our exclusive Café-Restaurant “Schwarzsee Bärchen” indulges you daily from 11:30 – 22:00 with hot and cold dishes from our multilingual menu card.
