Unter Haus liegt im Zentrum von Kirchberg, jedoch nicht direkt an der Hauptstrasse und alle Sportgeschäfte, Schischulen, Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind innerhalb 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Bushaltestellen zu den Skiliften sind direkt vor dem Haus, Sie brauchen daher den ganzen Urlaub kein Auto.Die Übungswiese für Anfänger und Treffpunkt der Schischule sind nur ca. 50 Meter entfernt. Ein Parkplatz steht direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.
