Das Resort bestehend aus 2 Gebäuden liegen in der Reithergasse, also in absoluter Ruhiger Lage aber doch ins Zentrum nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Im Sommer liegt das Haus günstig für Wanderungen welche bereits hinter dem Haus beginnen. Zum Badesee laufen Sie nur 5 Minuten. Die Fleckalmbahn ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten zu errecihen oder mit dem Skibus 1 Station.
